Spread the word

It's official 'Spread the word of My Chemical Romance' day today. Fans all over the world has (on Facebook, Twitter, Tumlr ect) come to the agreement that today is the day we spread the word of the four guys that we love the most.

Therefor I'm giving you a bunch of pictures stating how much this band cares for all of us.

We don't do this to spread the music, because this MCR is so much more than just treir music. We do this to spread the love they give and that so many people need.

After what happened yesterday this has really helped. That's what it's all about. When life seems not worth it, just know you are better than that.

And if you don't want to listen to what MCR has to say, then listen to what I have to say: Nothing, and I mean NOTHING is worth taking your life over. If someone is an ass to you, don't let it influence your life. Get over it and keep on living, because EVERYTHING you do is worth it. You have someone out there who loves to death and who couldn't live without you. Maybe you can't see that when life seems so dark, but believe me, it's true. DON'T harm yourself - psysicly or mentaly - it's not worth it.

Yes, I'm angry

...Because someone basicly just talked (or rather yelled) shit about me behind my back and then laughed. This person is suposed to be a friend to me, but I can see now that he clearly isn't.

Therefor this song:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35rHHEiNaIM

I Fucking Hate You by Godsmack.

Not really my kind of music, but it's good for this situation. I never really get mad at people, and I NERVER EVER tell them if I don't like them. This guy just made me angry! I cried on my way home for God's sake - something I only do when I'm really upset.

So yeah, right now I really have nothing left for this guy. And I just wanna sleep, cuz' now I have a headache.

Fuck You...

(And I'm sorry to take it out on my readers, but I need to get this out)

The Vampire Diaries and Jamie Lidell

Are any of you a fan of The Vampire Diaries? Or do you watch the show?
Well, have you noticed the poster on the wall in Elina's room? Jamie Lidell. At first I didn't know who the fuck he was, but I wanted to find out, since not knowing who he was and having to look at that poster every time a scene was shot in that room.

I haven't watch the whole show yet, so don't think you should give me spoilers <3

But, Jamie Lidell. I looked him up on YouTube and I found this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T--j0_yxBaY

It was the firs hit that came up when i looked up his name. My instant thought was WUT DA FUK?!?

I mean a horse... Really? But then I watched the whole vide and I was like: "Okay I get it now. STONED"

Of cause...

But the song is good. I think I'm gonna listen a little more to his music from now on.

So tell me; Do you listen to Jamie Lidell? Are you a fan? Am I slow because I didn't know who the fuck he was? Please leave a comment. Thank you :D

Eurovision Song Contest

...Or Melodi Grand Prix as we call it in Denmark. I missed the show this weekend, and no, I'm not gonna watch it later. I was at my drama teacher's 60th birthday party in a small town far, far away. Yup. And just to let you know, I've never seen so much alcohol in my entire life :o I didn't get drunk though, just danced all night to an awesome part band. They called me and my friend treir loyal dancers this evening because most of the time we were the only one's out on the dancefloor :P

I hear that Sweeden won. Is that correct. I'm not really a fan of the eurovision song contest, most of the songs are really shitty (sorry if I offend someone here, but that's my opinion). I also hear that Denmark got in on a 23rd place. Here I can't say I'm surprised. That song totally lacked something special. It was boring... And after hearing it like 1000 times on the radio, it's been kinda killed.

Even so, I'm following the drummer in Facebook, and after reading her updates and stuff, I think she seems like a really cool girl (yeah, I'm saying seems again - read my Alex Gaskarth post to see why).

So cangrats to the sweedish people.

What do you think about this show? Love it? Hate it? Watch it?

Maybe, do you watch it with your family just because it's a family tradition? I know a lot of my friends do that. Luckily I have a family who thinks it's as boring as I do.

Kerrang!

Best magazine in the world! I love it. I love the articals, the pictures, the posters - everything about it <3

The only problem is that since it's a brittish magazine, you can't buy it many places in Denmark. But a few places actually sell them. Now, because of the transportation af the magazines, they cost so much. In the UK they cost about 2 pounds and in Denmark they cost about 60-80 DKK (danish valuta). That's like 6-8 pounds for one magazine :o

But because I just have to have the magazine I sometimes get my father to buy it for me <3

The point of this post is to tell you guys that I'll be doing a Kerrang review serie. YAY :D I will take one of my magazines and tell you about it.

What are your favorite magazine? Do you even read magazines? Do you read Kerrang like me? Please leave a comment :)

SHADOW OF THE DAY

If you didn't know, Linkin Park made this amazing song. Really if you didn't know you must ave lived under a rock or something. It takes my breath away every time I hear it - with or without the music video. I have ALL of Linkin Park's albums, and this is my favorite song of all of them. Also on their live album Road To Revolution. I put it on repeat everytime I listen to it on my IPod.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3g8v45du-ZA&ob=av2n

Imagine living in a world like this. Kaos, riots... sadness.

I know that maybe (or maybe not) some of you knows how it is to live in a world like this. I don't. And I feel lucky for that. I can't quit imagine this kind of world. You see, in Denmark we don't much of this kind of stuff. Sure there has been riots, and the youth fighting against the systym. That's just how it should be. It just haven't as bad as in the video. A couple of years ago there was a rioteenst. The state wanted to tare down a building where many young people lived because the bouilding was owned by the church (or something). This conflict went on for a very long time, and was on the news on a dayly basis. In the end the building was destoyed, and - I don't know - maybe it was for the best. It was full of mull and dirt. It was actually unealthy for you to live in. Even so, the kids fought back. You know, to protect their home.

Argh. I have a bad headache. I'm gonna go to bed. Goodnight.

NIGHT OF THE HUNTER acoustic version

Earlier today I listened to Night Of The Hunter by 30 Secends To Mars the acoustic/unplugged version, and now it is stuck in my head. The studio version is, like the rest of the songs on the album, breathtaking. It is really one of my favorites songs, but the acoustic version -  I don't know - there's something about it. I can't quit explane what, but somethimes I like that version more then the studio version. But only sometimes. Like today. Right now I'd rather listen to the acoutsic version than the other, but maybe tomorrow it'll change.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_h-jGQRfWkE

I just think there's something special about a song you can (sort of) strip down and let it speak for it self. Here 30STM has colored the song with a string-quartet and a chior, wich fits it perfectly if you ask me.

What do you say, do you like the studio version or the unplugged version better? And what do you think about 30 Second To Mars? Leave a comment please :)

Hall Of Fame: ALEX GASKARTH

Alexander William Gaskarth (born December 14, 1987) is the lead singer and rythm guitarist of the pop punk band All Time Low.

I love listening to Alex talk. He can both be serious and fucking around. Really. If you watch interviews with him you will understand what I'm talking about. It's great how down to earth he seems (I say seems because I dont know him personally - unfortuniatly - and he seems like it). He always seems honest when he talks to interviewers, even when he talks about subjects that are not meant to be discused. For instance: Demi Lovato.

He's never gossiping nor is he talking trash.

I wanted him to be in my Hall Of Fame because he seems true and honest - to himself and to others - and that is something I respect people for.

Watchmen is one of my favorite movies, and I really wanna watch it right now. I just don't have the time tonight :( Oh well, school tomorrow and presentation in science class. Jubii.

Oh and I was at a friend's house since Friday. That's why there were no posts yesterday.

But back to Watchmen. It's a great movie, based on a comic book, that I'm going to read after I've finished The Umbrella Academy (by Gerard Way and Gabriel Bá). What I wanted to talk about in that movie was the soundtrack. Amazing, just saying. It's very different from many other movies, because there are so many different genres of music. 21 GUNS vs. CRIMINAL

Am I the only one who thinks that Green Day's 21 guns and Britney Spears' Criminal videos have the very same plot? I mean the scene where they kiss? Come on. Just take a look:
Britney Spears - Criminal:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GA2hi3jIXro&feature=related

Green Day - 21 Guns:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r00ikilDxW4
Okay both videos has a scene where a boy and a girl is in a room, the police is shooting bullets through the walls, feathers are flying everywhere, and they kiss. Really? IT'S THE SAME FUCKING SCENE!!!! The only I have to say is that Britney's video is from 2011 and Green Day's video is from 2009. You figure out whose idea it was first...

And just because I can't help myself: Am I the only one who think the kiss between Britney and Jason Trawick is a bit disgusting? It's a little over the top I think. Sorry if you disagree. I don't feel hate towards Britney AT ALL - she's probably a really nice person and all - but I'm not really a fan either. Her songs are a part of my childhood, so I will never hate on the girl, I just don't listen to her music now

Okay, enough about Britney Spears. I wanted to review 21 Guns :D Why? Because it simply is an awesome (wow I use that word a lot) video. I love the set-up. Really cool. I do think the idea with the bullets are great. It fits this video perfectly. I love the kiss between Gloria (Lisa Stelly)  and Christian (Joshua Boswell). The parts where the band is playing are great, I love their enthusiasm ;) Espasially Tré. Thi hi. In the end where Christian and Gloria is just looking at each other is sooo sweet <3 And well, one might think that Christian is totally cute :P

What do you think about this video?
What do you think about Britney Speras? Love her? Hate her? Why?
What is your favorite Green Day song/video?
Let me know guys :)
